About the event
Join master instructor Montse Cosin, PhD, NCPT for an IB Pilates jumpboard workshop hosted at Core Pilates. The workshop will provide students with an interactive movement and teaching experience integrating the principles of movement in a dynamic format utilizing the Reformer and Jumpboard. The course will provide 6 PMA approved CEC. Prerequistite: Certified Pilates Instructor and/or instructor in training.
Montse and Integrated Balance founder, Kristen Veltkamp, MS, PT, NCPT will also host the 2020 IB Pilates Instructor Training open house Saturday, November 23rd from 12-1.
